Shipping Policy

Our shipping rates a flat fee of R100.

Pre-orders relate to orders of stock that is not yet in our warehouse, but on its way from our supplier in Europe.  The estimated date is our best estimate given the information we have received from the shipping company.  While we do our utmost to ensure these dates are achieved, there are many logistical elements that may be out of our control and Wild and Lovely therefore reserves the right that pre-orders may be delivered after the stipulated date.  

Pre-orders can be cancelled and refunded at any time.

Express Shipping

If you would like your order shipped sooner than the stipulated time above – please contact us at to discuss your options and relevant pricing.

Refuse Delivery

If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.

PO Box Addresses

We currently do NOT ship to PO box addresses.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within South Africa.  For international purchases, please use the Global Dockatot website

Shipping Claims

We promise to find solutions to any damage that arises as a result of shipping, including part replacement and any shipping charges resulting from returns and exchanges of damaged items. We will assist customers with filing a claim in the event of loss, theft, or denial signature. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the courier company about any loss or delivery disputes. The purchaser is encouraged to dispute any credit card charges with their credit card company for undelivered merchandise. Doing so allows time to work with the courier company, your local authorities, and insurance company regarding any matters of theft.

Credit Card Processing

All credit card processing will be performed by Wild and Lovely, on behalf of DockATot South Africa. The charge on your statement will appear from Wild and Lovely. We do not verify billing addresses with credit cards, and if the address you enter does not match the credit card record, we will not be held responsible.

Return Policy

We only accept returns for all products purchased in South Africa on the online shop within 30 days from the time of purchase. Returned products must be NEW, UNUSED, and in their original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached. You must contact us for a returns number prior to your return and provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized.

Please note:

Opening a box to verify contents, size, or colour does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing packaging or labels etc. are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.

The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all labels, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.

Please use care when opening your product(s) so that you remain entitled to a refund should you chose to return your product(s).

All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility.

The original handling fee and/or shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.

Warranty & Damage Issues

Please examine your order carefully upon delivery to make certain everything is in perfect condition. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective (within 30 days of the time of purchase), or damaged due to shipping (within 30 days of the time of purchase). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt. If a credit is due, processing may take as long as 7 business days for your credit/debit card to reflect the refund).

Missing Items

If an item is missing from the order you receive, you must contact DockATot SA customer service within 15 days of the time of purchase to inform us of the missing item(s). If you contact DockATot SA after 90 days, you must re-purchase the missing item. DockATot SA packages are checked for weight irregularities, and certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
